There have been alot of things going on this year. So here is a list of the most significant stories we have covered

Samsung Galaxy nexus :
Google's new ICS (ice cream sandwhich) , or Android 4.0 , flagship phone, made its debut this year. It features all sorts of nice goodies such as Face unlock and more
- Death Of the crown victoria
This year we also said our final goodbye's to the beloved Ford Crown Victoria. Production of this fine automobile finished on August of this year. This marks the end of an era. Its a shame they stopped making it. This is a prime example of how automakers are slowly getting rid of the "fun" American car for more appliance like automobiles. RIP Ford Crown Victoria.
- SOPA
The "Stop Online Piracy Act" was introduced to congress this year and is still ongoing. If the bill passes, it could lead to the destruction of the internet itself. We still encourage you to take a stand against this, even if your not a US citizen (Im Canadian for your information).
-Steve Jobs
This year was also a sad one for Apple. First, Steve jobs resigned from Apple as CEO and joined the board of directors. This was the first sign of something being wrong. Then , a few months after, and a few days after the iPhone 4S press confrence, Steve Jobs past away at the age of 56 from Pancreatic Cancer. Apple had lost their most key member. Apple had lost a visionary.
- Google+
This year also Was the year that Google+ was launched. It is Google's first sucessful answer to Facebook. Unfortunately, there have been a few changes since my review and Farmville is now terrorizing Google+ .
Test Drive Unlimited 2
This was also a significant year for Tech and Car. Not only was TDU2 , the long awaited sequel to the Tdu1 ,released but , Tech and Car Got 3rd Place in the contest, earning a free copy as well as a Free AMD video card(as well as a bit of publicity)Thank you Atari!!!

Yes, I know im a little late on this one( as I have been busy over the past few months) but i still feel the need to post this one.
Samsung Galaxy Nexus is Google's new flagship phone. It runs On Android 4.0 ( Ice Cream Sand which)... and is FREAKING AWESOME.... In fact its so awesome that i am considering it as my first phone.
It is Currently out in Canada under Bell and Virgin Mobile ( Rogers will also be selling it in January.
Now for a brief Rundown:
- 5 MP Rear Camera ( 1080p .... from current reviews, the camera is not as good as expected but I shall soon find out) and 1.2 mp Front camera
- 1.2 GHZ Dual Core Processor ( take that Apple!!!)
- 1280x720 resoloution (720 P) ( again .... apple has lost the game)
- Android 4.0
( More on that later)
- Avaliable in 4G and LTE versions
- no physical front buttons ( neat touch but it could lead to problems )
- And tons of other exciting features!!!

Apple has lost a Visionary this past Wednesday. Apple has lost a Creative Genius. Apple has lost their founder. Steve Jobs was a true business man. He was a true legend of computing.Without him we would not have alot of the gadgets we take for granted. Steve Jobs was the man behind the Macintosh. Sure he stole the idea of the GUI from Xerox as well as the mouse, but without Steve Jobs the idea wouldnt have left the Xerox Research Facility. Without him we would not have gone as far as we have today. Without him we would probably still be using Altairs and IBM would still rule the computing world. Computers wouldve been rare to find in households without him. Without Steve Jobs, we would not have had Windows as suprising as it sounds (Watch "Pirates of Silicon Valley" to see what im talking about. Steve Jobs will truly be missed. Without him, we wouldnt have iPhones and iPad's, which were the foundation to the growth of the smartphone / tablet revoloution. Without Steve, I wouldnt be using this awesome device im blogging from. The world feels like a diffrent place without him. I still cant believe one of the most important people in the tech industry as well as one of the most influential ones is gone. When I first heard of this news i was deeply saddened... We have lost a Creative Genius....And a Visonary

So I finally tried out Google+ for the first time a few days back, And when I did so, I was like " OMGWTFBBQ THIS IS AWESOME". Here is why its so "AWESOME".
1) Circles
This interesting feature lets you share to specific groups (kinda like Facebook's Friends Lists but a bit easier to set up)
It also leads to a interesting practical joke you can try
1) divide your friends randomly into 2 diffrent lists
2) post in one " I JUST WON THE LOTTERY"
3) post in another "I HAVE (insert disease here)
4) finally, post to both circles "tommorow is the last day"
5) sit back and watch the hilarity ensue
6) you may wanna admit it was a joke if it goes too far
2) No Farmville or other annoying apps
Im sure you've all experienced the Farmville addict somewhere. Its one thing to play one game by your self for a long time but its another thing to constantly beg people "save your cat" or " fertilize my lawn" and post stuff like " OMG I FOUND A LOST COW". This is the kind of stuff that makes people get really annoyed. Google+ has none of this. It is meant for one thing only...sharing content from your own life and not your farmville life.
3) Simple GUI
Lets be honest...We have all hated the GUI changes of facebook. Before Facebook was relatively straight forward to use and still is....sort of. The thing is there is alot of options with facebook and a crapton of buttons...Google plus has very little features but it goes back to Facebook's roots....sharing stuff and thats it. The GUI is also fresh and easily readable. Buttons are clearly visible too.
Conclusion
Although i havent tried group chat or hangouts (will try that later on and post about it) , Google+ is an interesting approach to Social Networking. It is social networking the way it was meant to be. If Google+ catches on...then expect Facebook to be like Myspace in the not so distant future.
Nintendo unveiled the successor the the original Wii today, the WiiU.
Here is a brief rundown

So after recieving my copy of TDU2 (thanks atari), I decided to drive around and see the game firsthand. This is my experience.
DISCLAMER: ill try not to bore you out on this one...I promise!!
SPOILER ALERT!!!
you first start off at Ibizia you are in a party.Some high soceity type then calls you over and says Happy Birthday...even though in reality it is not your birthday. I'll stop it at that for now.
The handling is ok at most. Now you must be saying,"its shit", well lets see you make a better game when 38883838 people want it ASAP.Anyways back to the handling. Most of the handling is sub-realistic but still far better than other racing titles that may not be named...***coughnfscough***
The selection of cars seems to be decent with alot of DLC planned in. A big dissapointment was the absense of Lamborghini. However, there are tons of other cars that are awesome.Also word of advice: Dont buy a veyron unless you really need it...its a waste in most races and no one will race you on a long stretch of road.
The Gameplay is ok for the most part but some of the acting can get rather annoying.
So far This review has been rather on the "ok" side...thats about to change.
The multiplayer is vastly improved and is more interactive.
The 83738373737368 kms of roads are fun to drive on ...especially in an ariel atom
The races are not too hard but not to easy ...except for the first few that are relatively easy compared to the current races.
Overall this game gets a 9.0/10 for its awesomness despite the rumored to be redone physics.
And yes that picture above is one of my garages from when i first got a 2nd house...since then i have 4 houses...16-20 cars, and $4 Million Dollars as well as gone up to level 22.
This car is actually not a 4runner but actually a chinese made "Great Wall Motors Safe".
Exactly how it was possible for the car to be that battered up and still be running is still a mystery. However, My best guess is that he did a temporary job on making sure the car doesn't fall apart. Also there could be a possibility that this is fake.... but you never know what kinds of stuff (that would normally look impossible) that Russians can do.
At around 3 AM on Friday, a 8.9 maginitude earthquake broke out in Japan.This rrresulted in numerous aftershocks and a tsunami. The damage was severe.
Houses and Cars have been wiped out. Our condolences to those who live there.
Yesterday the brand new iPad 2 was unveiled. The new iPad 2 has Dual core processors(Both A5), two cameras ( front and back), and is 33% thinner than the original and is lighter as well....thats about it....I believe the Motorola Xoom is better but thats just based on other reviews. The iPad will come at roughly the same prices as before and will be available March 25.
Also Garage band is coming for iPad!!!( more on that later)
Yesterday, Watson, a super computer made by IBM to compete in Jeopardy, beat all time champions, Ken Jennings and Brad Rutter in a game at IBM's watson facility.
The computer consists of hundreds of servers ( the screen you see on the picture is just his avatar) which stored lots of information and was not connected to the internet at all. The avatar shows a globe which shows lines around it. The faster the computer thinks, the faster the lines move. The computer makes a decision to answer if it is certain that it is the answer...or so it thinks, as it has also got a number of questions wrong. The computer ended up anihliating the competition in the end. The computer took 4 years to develop and it wasnt as smart as it is now and still is a bit dumb ( Toronto is not a US city....or is it predicting the future due to robopocalapyse). So how much would this all cost? I want one !!!
This guy is selling a copy of "Rigs Of Rods" under a different name He is selling it for $10.99 Euros...whats more is that the box art is misleading( takne from various other games and the ingame screenshots are of a later version while he is selling an old version).[/url]
But here is the catch...He is selling Rigs of rods for a price even though it is free and open source. He basically took the source code recompiled it and removed all logos. According to the license he can not resell the game but yet he is. The seller has been notified and will probably face some charges.
Back in March 2010, Atari announced Test Drive Unlimited 2. This is the sequel to the infamous Test Drive Unlimited franchise. The original TDU sold millions of copies. It is in fact also still in stores today (Stop looking at the "New Releases" section if you cant find it!). Oh and just in case you were wondering why i know its still in stock, I brought the game atleast 3 times ( Word Of Advice: Do not keep the cd in the original case...you WILL scratch it). Anyways, back to TDU 2.
I am really excited for this game.For a number of reasons. So I will just leave them here. Oh and if you do not find big long reviews and detailed feature lists that are 957289578923579 pages long( Even though it may not be necessary at times) this might be the post for you.......wait....I am in my second paragraph already?....erm...better get started!
The Map
First of all this is only half (a very amazing half of a map probably the best "half-map" you have ever seen) the map of Ibiza as blogger decided not to show the full picture, click on it too view the whole glory. Anyways, if taking long long long long long long long long (and just before you thought it was impossible to add any more "long"'s to this sentence) long long long long long long long drives is your thing then this is the game for you. Not only will you save on gas you can also drive recklessly and the police (at least the real ones) wont care. The maps, which include Oahu and Ibiza, include thousands of miles of asphalt and dirt. This is impressive as it took 1 hour to circle the last map and it will longer in TDU2(May i suggest using the back roads, and stay off the freeway so you dont fall asleep behind the wheel which could be very fatal....no joking here millions of tdu avatars die each year from falling asleep behind the wheel....No offense intended). The roads will also be host to cruises and what not.
The Cars
Sure this isn't Gran Turismo....but the car list is still pretty impressive. To show you how impressive it is, watch this:
Yes you did just see almost every Ferrari ever visualized in a single game, and no, your are not dreaming....unless you are reading this in your dream...in which case you are dreaming....in which case you must really be excited....dreaming about reading some blog post about a game made by some blogger.
Other Cars include; The Bugatti Veyron Super Sport and 4 other Veyrons, Ariel Atom,Mercedes SLS AMG...and lots of other cars.
Gameplay Experience
Eden Games has outdid itself on this one. The whole game has been revamped. Driving physics have been reworked, you now have day and night cycles, rain, convertible tops and more. You can Even Customize your House with furniture and all and walk around and admire your house and garage full of cars you could never afford in real life. You can also pt decals on your cars....but plese....I beg you...dont but JDM stickers/Fartcans on a Ferrari...Please for the sake of humanity....Please!!! The most changed aspect of this game however, is the avatar. You can now, for example, go to a plastic surgeon and do stuff that would be physically impossible/painful in the real world...alternatively you can buy an Ariel Atom and rip around Ibiza ripping your face off.
Online
The best part of TDU2...You can race other players as well as do other stuff...like having convoy's...Demolition Derbies with your 500k Ferrari...show off all the cars in your garage that your friend doesn't have but wish he did...or host parties....just make sure they dont drive home themselves as drunk driving is a SERIOUS issue....Now if you can excuse me I'm going to fetch something to eat/drink........

so i decided to go to the live drive site ( being me i didnt care if it was over i just was curious if there was more information about this)

The Nurbeurgring, ask any auto enthusiast and they will all agree that its a masterpiece of a race track. Millions go there every year. It makes the Daytona 500 or any other track look easy. It is on the " to-do list of everything to do before you die" of every auto enthusiast. Thousands lap it every year more than any other race track. It is no doubt one of the several wonders of the automotive world.
Sadly it may not last as long. You see the ring is in a horrible Financial situation, despite all the attention it gets. If this continues the Ring may not exist for long as a racetrack. There have been rumors that the ring maybe used for non-automotive events. I mean Imagine if you will, an antiques roadshow taking place in the middle of the track! Imagine a Ring without any cars on it. Its like taking the cheese out of a cheese pizza. Its just not right.
We need to save the ring and save it fast. I strongly advise any auto enthusiats to join the fb page called " save the ring". It may be our last chance to save this piece of engineering. Automakers rely on it as a proving ground. No ring equals no finely engineered cars. The fate of the ring relies on You!!!!!
